Makaan’s CEO has extensive experience in identifying, underwriting, acquiring, and managing multifamily assets. He is GP and LP of more than 4,000+ units with an AUM of $322 MM. Under Makaan, Madina has successfully acquired, rehabbed, and rented/sold more than 100 single-family homes. Madina projects to take Makaan from zero to a billion-dollar company in its first two years.

Madina enjoys apartment syndicating as a means to help families grow and retain generational wealth. He invests in every deal he does, putting his own family’s future in his ventures. 

Known for being strategic with business plans, execution, systems, banking relationships, and other industry connections, Madina has successfully built two companies: Makaan Investments Group and CompQSoft—a company that provides IT services to the Department of Defense and other Fortune 500 companies.
