First, What is EB-5?

 

The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, or “EB-5,” is a way to gain permanent residence (a green card) by meeting the investment requirements of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service.

Investors who successfully apply under this program can immigrate to the United States with their spouse and unmarried children under 21 in as short as two years.
